CMPIC offers configuration management process assessments for your projects and/or organization. We will assess various CM processes and associated tools at your site or your suppliers locations. We can assess CM in any environment; hardware, software, faciilties, IT, FDA regulated, etc. We will assess your change management process, baselining approaches, requirements management, document control, configuration assurance, naming, numbering, automated tools implementations, and more.

Each customer will receive a report that will establish a baseline for future process improvement. The detailed report will outline the strengths of the current process and areas that need improvement. Assessments will be done by experienced and certified CM Lead Assessors.
