Cancelation Policy

There is no change fee for any individual who reschedules a class, even within 0 days of the class.

The Configuration Management Process Improvement Center, CMPIC, will provide a full refund to pre-paid students who cancel class registration 30 days or more before the class start date. 

Cancelations within 30 days are eligible for one of the following:

(1) A 75% refund, or

(2) transfer of registration to another individual, or

(3) apply payment to a different CMPIC course. 

Substitutions/Changes may be made anytime.
