To register for a CMPIC class(es) or event, please fill out all pages of the below Registration Form and click "Submit".

You can contact the CMPIC office at 1-434-525-8648, info@cmpic.com to register for a class/event. Registrations for virtual training must be completed and paid at least two (2) weeks before the class start date.

You will receive an automated email to the email address provided in the form indicating your registration has been successfully received. If you do not receive this automated email confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact CMPIC at 1-434-525-8648, info@cmpic.com.

INVOICE & PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Please allow 48 hours for CMPIC to process your registration. CMPIC will email you an invoice and confirmation containing payment information. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Please contact us if you have any questions.
